Produced 100% with Verdejo, the most emblematic grape variety of the area, it has fermented in oak barrels to enhance its aromatic intensity. The result is a wine of golden colour and green reflections that offers an attractive balance between green fruit (apple, pear) and a wood, vanilla and smoked background. Taste-wise, it is rounded, structured and long-lasting.
It is excellent with fish, white meats, blue cheeses, soups, pasta, salads and foie gras. It has been awarded the Silver Medal in the “Mondial des Vins” of Brussels and has been selected the Best White Wine of the Year by the El Mundo newspaper.
