This dry white wine has a fresh taste and a fruity aroma. It has been made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon varieties and goes perfectly well with fish preserves. It is recommended to serve it cold at a temperature of around 8ºC.
Albet i Noya are pioneers in the production of organic wines and cava in the El Penedès region. Their magnificent modernist cellar was built in 1925 and in the near 100 hectares of vineyards, they grow up to 15 varieties, each one in their optimum terrain.
