The barely two hectares of vineyards that surround the Vila-rasa farmhouse in the area of Osona produce this original wine, with a coupage rarely found in Spain: two thirds of the vineyards are of the Pinot Noir variety and one third is Merlot. The production is very limited –around 5.000 bottles a year- and so quality is the main factor. .
Of cherry colour with an orange edge, spicy aromas with a touch of wood and a soft, light taste, this wine has aged one year in oak barrels and a minimum of two years in the bottle. It is a perfect accompaniment to roasted red meat, barbeques, chicken and iberico ham.
