Delicate and vivacious, this cava is obtained from Pinot Noir organic grapes that are grown in Can Claramount vineyard in l´Anoia county. A short macerating process gives this cava its characteristic rosy colour and, at the same time, it allows to collect the aromas hidden in the peels. This brut roseé has been left to age for 3 years after which period it becomes an irresistible aperitif. Serve at around 5º temperature.
Albet i Noya are pioneers in the production of organic wines and cava in the El Penedès region. Their magnificent modernist cellar was built in 1925 and in the near 100 hectares of vineyards, they grow up to 15 varieties, each one in their optimum terrain.
