This cava has been produced from Chardonnay grapes. It has been left to age for a minimum of 36 months and the final result is this cava with its balanced aroma. All bottles carry an AD sign (just disgorged) together with the date when this process was carried out. It is best consumed within the following 24 months as of that date. It is a perfect companion to any dish, although it goes particularly well with smoked fish and shellfish.
