With a fresh and fruity aroma, this cava has been produced with Chardonnay and Parellada organic grapes that grow in the Can Vendrell vineyards in el Penedès. Dedicated to the wine world since the beginning of the last century, the Albet & Noya family took a gamble on organic agriculture some 30 years ago. This cava goes well with any dish or tapa. It must be served cold and can be enjoyed on its own or to accompany any culinary delicacy.
Albet i Noya are pioneers in the production of organic wines and cava in the El Penedès region. Their magnificent modernist cellar was built in 1925 and in the near 100 hectares of vineyards, they grow up to 15 varieties, each one in their optimum terrain.
