These well-known organic haricot beans called ´fesols´ are grown and prepared following traditional artisan methods in Can Maiŕ. This farmhouse, which only cultivates organic vegetables, is located within the limits of the famous and stunningly beautiful beech grove known as ´Fageda d´en Jordŕ´. This land of volcanic origin gives these ´fesols´ their highly-prized smooth and sweet taste. They are already cooked and can accompany sausages or other grilled and barbecued meats. They can also be sautéed with a bit of garlic and parsley.
