This delicious and natural hake roes are prepared following artisan methods that respect and even enhance their subtle sea flavours. The cooked roes are carefully sliced and placed in a tin and finally covered with oil and sealed.
It is recommended to eat them the Galician way i.e. on top of cooked potatoes or sliced onions. They also go well in simple salads.
This delicacy has been produced by a family-run business that specialises since 1985 in the production and preserve of products autochthonous of Rias Gallegas.
