A classic Galician tapa, made with scallops, vegetable oil, tomato, onion, species and salt.
This is actually a variegated scallop (Chlamys Varia), similar to the ordinary scallop but smaller in size. It lives in the Galician coast, 80 m deep down the sea.
This delicacy has been produced by a family-run business that specialises since 1985 in the production and preserve of products autochthonous of Rias Gallegas.
