A thin slice of this heavenly delicious ham all but melts in the mouth. Intensely succulent and tasty, these thin slices come from the pork´s front quarter, the shoulder. It has been carefully carved by the same experts from Guijuelo, who produce these hams from acorn (´bellota´ in Spanish) fed Iberian pigs following traditional methods. They come vacuum-packed in a labelled, transparent, plastic envelope.
