Description:
One of our favourites. This fragrant oil is made with olives picked from olive trees grown in fields situated more than 3,000 feet above sea level, in the Sierras Subbéticas nature reserve. It is extracted from the green Hojiblanca and Picuda varieties of olive which, in Portico de la Villa, evokes the scent of herbs, tomato and apple. Its taste develops and takes on slightly bitter and spicy undertones.
