This outstanding olive juice of sweet and fruity taste is made with the Arbequina and Verdiell varieties, obtained from the centenary olive trees that grow in the Mas del Senyor estate.

This magnificent property of modernist style, built in 1907 and located at the bottom of the hill from which this oil takes its name, is surrounded by beautiful landscapes of arid soil, often exposed to freezing winters and dry summers. This environment and climate are fundamental for obtaining this special and characteristic product.
