This excellent “crianza” vinegar obtained from La Rioja wines is the result of a long and slow ageing process in French oak barrels that lasts for 10 years. In order to give it its balsamic character, the right proportion of concentrated wine sugars is added just before it is bottled (this process is commonly known as “arropamiento”).
Produced following entirely natural methods, this is a vinegar of intense aroma and taste and a pleasant acidity, with citric and fragrant notes.
It is ideal to accompany meat, fish and cheese salads, carpaccios, roasts (it helps to release any possible excessive fat) and deserts (chocolate, ice creams...).
