Sherry vinegar is considered one of the best of the world. This one in particular is produced by the emblematic company Lustau, which since 1896 produces Sherry wines of renowned prestige.
It is made exclusively from Sherry wine which is left to age in American oak barrels following the traditional method of ´soleras´. The result is a concentrated vinegar of intense taste and aroma. It is specially recommended for salads.
