This fragrant olive oil has its own character, like the strong wind known as Tramuntana that often blows through this area. The olive trees weather this northerly wind well and the oil obtained has a noticeably dense appearance and an intense fruity aroma. It is produced with Argudell and Curivell olives, the local varieties of the Empordà region (in the north of the Costa Brava).
