From the Perales Estate, in the Merida county, this ´coupage´ olive oil has been produced with the varieties Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picual and Morisca, the latter being particular to this region. This is a balanced olive oil, of fruity taste reminiscent of green olives, fresh grass and almonds, and with a subtle and nice bitterness and spiciness.
