Basque pâté
Description:
This pâté is obtained from ducks fed only with corn. It is made with foie gras, together with duck meat and beltza fungus. No additives or preserves are added. A thin slice of this pâté is delicious on toast. We recommend you put it in the refrigerator a few hours before serving and open both sides of the tin to allow the block to come out without breaking.
