Prepared with fleur de sel and smoke aroma, this condiment leaves a subtle smoky after taste that enhances the flavours of grilled meat and fish. Furthermore, it goes very well with a variety of pastas, carpaccios and salads. Just a pinch of this salt is enough to confer a special and delicate touch to any of these dishes.

Our personal recommendation is to add a hint of salt to grilled aubergines with seasoned wiht a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or to a microwaved potato.
