Description:
For more than 2.700 years, a salt of extraordinary quality has been produced in the Ibiza seaside. The one we offer you here is 100% natural and it is collected exclusively in the Natural Reserve “Parc Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa”.
In this landscape of spectacular beauty, and thanks to a sunny climate and mild winds, fragile crystals are formed, which are then dried out in the sun and ground using centenary stones.
The result is this salt with a subtle taste and a delicate sea aroma, very rich in minerals (more than 80!). It has no additives or preservatives and it has not been refined in any way. The salt that arrives to your palate is exactly the same than has been formed in the privileged Ibiza seaside. It contains 40% of basil, rosemary and oregano.
