Description:
This aromatic plum sauce is recommended to accompany any fowl dishes, mainly goose or duck magret. You just fry the magret in a saucepan without any oil and, if you wish, finish the cooking process in the oven at a high temperature for 2 to 3 minutes. Slice the meat into filets, arrange in a dish and add a little of this sauce.
