Pork ham, shoulder, sirloin and fat, paprika, salt, sugars and natural spices such as garlic or marjoram

Keep refrigerated. It is recommended to remove it from the bag and place it in a cool room a few hours before consumption

Description:
This delicious cured chorizo retains the slightly smoky aroma that confers the Paprika from la Vera used in its preparation. It is made with a selection of premium quality pork cuts –ham, shoulder, loin and pancetta-, to which some salt, sweet paprika, garlic and natural spices like marjoram are added. It does not contain any artificial additives, being a totally natural product. It can be enjoyed cut it in thin slices and accompanied by some bread, although it can also be used in the kitchen, in the preparation of traditional Spanish "cocidos", or just fried with an egg!

Thanks to the careful selection of ingredients and the meticulous production process, the 3rd generation of the Ferrero family has been recognised as an artisan company by the regional government of Castilla-León.
