Ingredients:
Iberico pork meat and fat, salt, paprika, natural garlic, powdered milk, antioxidants E-301 and E-306, stabilizer E-325 and preservatives E-250
Storage:
Keep at a temperature of 0ºC to 5ºC. It is recommended to remove the contents from the bag 24 hours before consumption to enhance its aromas
Chorizo iberico - bellota
Description:
This variety of chorizo develops a delicious taste during the curing process, which is a particular favourite among those who love ´embutidos´. It is prepared with lean meat from the acorn (bellota in Spanish) -fed Iberian pig, to which salt, paprika, garlic and marjoram are added.

It is a must on any cold meat platter and should be accompanied by a fine wine. Simply arrange the different slices of cold meats, with other Iberian products and a small selection of cured cheeses on a tray.
