Murcian cheese dipped in wine
Ingredients:
Pasteurized goat´s milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures, red wine and preservative Lisozima (derived from eggs)
Storage:
Keep refrigerated at a temperature of 4ºC to 8ºC. It is recommended to remove the cheese from the package and place it outside the fridge for a while so that it reaches room temperature before consumption
Murcian cheese dipped in wine
Description:
The purplish colour of the rind is due to the wine ´dips´ that are given to the cheese while it´s maturing. This unusual cheese has been made with sheep´s milk from the Murciana breed. It has a smooth and slightly salty taste and a buttery texture.

You can also detect a subtle wine flavour, which makes an original contribution to any cheese board.

It has been awarded the Best Cheese in the goat´s cheese category at the World Cheese Awards in London.
